The house is a lovely, recently refurbished student house, less than 10 minutes walk from the main university campus. It is very comfortable and has plenty of living space with a lovely garden. The rent includes all utilities and the first two months of rent will be paid for.
With regard to flatmates, we are only allowed to have students as a term of the contract already signed. Please do let me know a bit about yourself as it will be my former housemates who are making the decision, so do mention if you like going out, eating out, drinking, cooking etc!
