En-suite double room in high spec flat

I have lived in this lovely flat I really like for the last 12 months and hope I can find someone else to rent the other room and share the space with me.

Matt, with whom I've shared the flat with for the last year is going traveling around south America at the end of September.

Bills included (within reason), up to now we've had a cleaner come once a fortnight. if you're up for that, it would add an extra 27.50 per 4 weeks

I'm pretty laid back, happy to share food etc, Although I eat meat, I don't tend to cook it very often, so sometimes people think I'm vegetarian.
I very very active/social, most evenings I'm either dancing/training/learning a new skill and as such I tend to be out until late.

Prospective tenants would be subject to checks by Andrews and the associated fees (slightly under £300) and the share of the deposit, approx 800

The flat is on a quiet street with on street parking. I don't own a car, but when I hire one, I don't have much trouble parking within 60 seconds of the flat

In addition to the two big bedrooms, it has a living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a large lobby as well as a private garden.

It's about an 8 minute stroll from all the shops and restaurants on Whiteladies Road. Chandos Road and Gloucester Road are also within walking distance.
The bedroom and the flat is furnished, but there should be room for other furniture possibly even a sofa.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker and fridge/freezer
