We have a large unfurnished double room available in our lovely flat in Redland.
We are two guys One girl 24-32 looking for a new girl housemate to join us and maintain the boy/girl ratio (specified By the landlord so sorry no guys, no point asking). We are a friendly bunch looking for someone who is easy going and fun.
We like to keep it a clean and tidy but relaxed home. We tend to keep it calm during the week as we all work full time but throughly enjoy a bevvy at the weekends...usually somewhere down Gloucester Road.
The room is a really good size and the rent is £450 pcm including bills......we know this is pretty cheap; there is no catch, despite the low rent this is a cool flat and we're keen to take the time to find the right person for the rooms.
The deposit will be £525 in cash and the first months rent up front.

(We will be arranging viewings in the evenings from Wednesday. Also we will have some daytime viewings on weekends . this will be on a 1st come 1st to view basis.
