We are a couple with a double room available in a lovely flat in Redland. One good sized, furnished bedroom in a friendly 2 bedroom flat which would suit a young professional. Our flat is situated on a quiet street with plenty of on road parking. We have a separate living room, dining room/kitchen. The rent is reasonably priced at 450 before bills(less than 100 all in) .

I (Livvy) am a Trainee Educational Psychologist and Alex works for the Care Quality Commission, no one is really sure what his job role is though.

The flat is rented through an agency, so anyone joining the contract would need to complete agency checks/fees etc. The deposit is roughly £340, and the room is available from the 19th December.
