Housemate (F) wanted by mid Oct. £320 plus bills

2 guys and a girl looking for a new housemate. To keep the balance of the house we would prefer a female, between the age of 25 and 33 years old.

We're regular 9 to 5ers, friendly and easy to live with.

The house is situated in Redland, has a big kitchen, spacious sitting room, nice garden and two bathrooms. There is parking available although a permit is required.

Rent is £320 a month, plus bills. One month's deposit is required and there is a letting agency fee.

The room is available from 15/10/16 however we might be able to arrange you moving in sooner if needs be.
