Spacious Double Room to Let In Lawrence Weston

Lovely spacious room to let in Lawrence Weston with teacher, one other lodger, and a cat.

Garden is very overrun and will likely stay that way until summer. There is no shared living room, I'm afraid, but a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is a patio to eat outside in the garden in the summer, but like I say, very overgrown at the moment.

Wifi, washer / dryer, gas oven, Air Fryer, and Microwave.

No designated parking spaces, but I have never not been able to park withing 10 to 20 metres of the house, and the house is just a 3 minute hop in the car Junction 18 of the M5.

Though I am slightly wary of renting to couples, as in the past it has created issues, I am open to discussion for an additional contribution towards bills of £150.
