Large room in 2-bed houseshare

Hi,

My current housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend so I’m looking for a new person to take his room in my two bedroomed house in Southville – around a minute’s walk to the Tobacco Factory.

The available double room (11ft x 14ft) has a bay window, thick curtains, a desk and lots of storage in the built-in wardrobe.

The kitchen, dining room and year-old extension is open plan with 8ft wide bi-folding doors that open onto the rear garden…and the new kitchen appliances, sofa and decent stereo make it a great place to cook and socialise too.

The separate living room at the front has a TV, big comfortable sofa, fireplace and there’s space for a bike in the hallway outside.

I’m friendly and sociable and am looking for somebody similar who I will get on with. I like to keep it clean and tidy so naturally I am looking for somebody that will do the same. Most of all I want both of us to feel at home!
