Double room in friendly Southville house share

Lovely double room available from late November/early December in our friendly house share.

The current housemates are Dave (28), Hazel (27) and Maev (23). We all work fairly standard hours in the centre of Bristol. Hazel and Maev both work at the university (Hazel in Staff Development, and Maev in the School of Chemistry), and Dave works in HR at the hospital.

We have a big double room available upstairs in our spacious house, the room comes part-furnished with a bed, and we can probably get hold of a hanging rail for you if needed :)

The house has a large kitchen with open plan dining area and sofas, a small back garden and a big living room at the front of the house. There are also two bathrooms, both with showers (helpful for the morning rush!)

The rent is £520 per month, including council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband etc.

We are within the Southville (SE) Residents' Parking Zone. One of the current housemates has a permit, so if you wanted to keep your car here you could apply for a second permit for the household.

The house is in a great location just a few minutes walk from lively North Street which has a great range of pubs and shops, including a very conveniently located Aldi, plus a small Co-op and Tesco. We are also only about a 15-20 minute walk from the centre.

Although we all have our own things going on, we do like to get together for cups of tea, the odd meal, to watch a film/tv, play some board games or go to the pub etc. We are quite a sociable bunch and are looking for someone who would want to be part of our little household. We are all quite laid back, but like to keep the house fairly clean and tidy, and would expect you to do the same.
