The room has plenty of under stairs storage space, blackout curtains, a vertical radiator and a combination of modern and Victorian features. The ceiling is cut away with a velux window above the Mahogany sleigh bed.

Furniture includes a bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe, desk and bookshelf.

The ensuite has a powerful (10.5kw) electric shower, so there's no need to wait for the bathroom to become available.

Room 2 - The Attic - £650 inc. bills

We have a very funky attic room available, with its own cloakroom (WC / Basin), storage space and views across Bristol. The room comes fully furnished, with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and double bed.

Room 3 - Single Bedroom - £480 Inc Bills

Whilst only a single, this room has plenty of storage, with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, together with handmade curtains and a recently fitted double-glazed wooden sash window. The room is at the back of the house and has a lovely wool carpet and comfy mattress.

Large 7.5m Kitchen
Features an American fridge freezer and range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier. There's tonnes of storage and cooking space, a table to chat and share a meal and double patio doors out to the garden.

Main Bathroom
Features natural stone tiles, a fantastic overhead shower, underfloor heating and a large double sink built into a piece of vintage furniture.

Queues for the loo are kept to a minimum, due to other ensuites in the house.

Shared lounge
Includes a big (46inch) TV screen, speaker system and stacks of board games. The room has floor and table lamps, oak shelving, a large rosewood coffee table, a comfy leather sofa and chairs and pictures on the wall. The aim is that this feels like home; not just any old house share.
