Small but nice room available for short/ long term in a clean and comfortable house. (Min let 3 months) Would suit someone who doesn't need a huge space or someone who needs a room only during the working week. Or a student.

Fully furnished room with a comfy bed, bedding provided if needed. Wireless internet. Big garden. Off road parking. Fully equipped kitchen. Shared bathroom.

House is in a quiet area with an easy access to town centre by car, train or bus. Also easy access to M5, Cribs, Air Bus, Rolls Royce.
I am looking for someone who would respect my space and in return would get the same.
I love an occasional dinner party and a night out but generally I like an early bed!
I have two most adorable dogs who are very well behaved so it would be nice if you love dogs. My house is arty and chilled and not really suitable for a party loving person.
There is another lodger in the bigger room, very nice guy.
I am vegetarian and into healthy living so would prefer a vegetarian housemate or somebody who doesn't cook much meat.
