Spacious double room available from 4th May. 3 bedroom house over 2 floors so you will be sharing the main floor with another housemate and have a lounge to share between you. Kitchen and bathroom are shared. On street parking and a 2 minute walk from the seafront. I have an indoor cat called Luna so housemates must like cats, she mainly tends to stay in my room but will occasionally wander downstairs looking for snuggles!
House has a garden and all bills are included.
Sharing with myself (33), my partner (29) stays most of the time and one other housemate. We are a chilled couple, looking for working professionals who we can socialise with but who also like their own space. Viewings available from Monday 22nd April.
