Double Room - All Bills Included

Living room

Looking for a lodger for the double room in my home. The room is currently unfurnished but I can provide a bed, mattress, and chest of drawers if needed. There is also a cupboard at the top of the stairs that is fitted with a clothes rail that you could use for storage.

I am ideally looking for a female/nb, there will be space for you to set up a desk downstairs if you work from home. Pets will be considered, I don't have any at the moment but I do love pets so would be happy to have one depending on size/temperament.

I work full time mon-fri, mostly from home.
When not at work I really enjoy going to gigs, spending time with my friends & family, and learning about all things spirituality (crystals, tarot, astrology etc). I love good food & wine and would be happy to have someone that would like to share dinner & a drink every now and then.
I do like to keep the house quite tidy, but I'm not militant about it, usual rules of sharing - clean up after yourself, wash your own dishes etc.
I eat mostly veggie with some fish & meat on occasion. LGBTQ+ friendly.

The kitchen is well stocked but there is space for more if you have your own things. The fridge freezer has plenty of space & there is a washer/dryer. The living room is furnished with a corner sofa, 2 seater sofa bed, tv stand & large tv. There is one bathroom with a bath & another bathroom with a shower. There is a large garden at the back with a garden table & chairs, and there are two parking spaces as well as plenty of on street parking.

All bills will be included in the rent. There is high speed virgin internet & a firestick for the tv with netlfix & amazon prime.
