I am looking for someone to move into the spare double room from the 1st July. I have a French bulldog and a cat so animal lover preferable.
15 minutes drive from town and 10 minutes from temple meads train station, with a bus stop just 2 minutes from the house and off-street parking if you have a car. Due to being a woman living on my own, unfortunately I am preferably looking for a female. I would consider couples but the rent would need to increase slightly to reflect the increased bills.
