Single Room to rent available from 13.9.14
Hi...I have a single room available in a detached house in a quiet cul-d-sac in Kilbirnie from 13. 9.14. The rent for the room is £50 per week and includes all bills except food. You will share the kitchen and living space with myself and 24 year old son and have access to washing machine, telephone, broadband etc.
Easy commuting from Kilbirnie to Glasgow or Ayr. Buses tend to be every half hour and trains are every 20 minutes on weekdays.
About us - I work Monday to Friday and sometimes have to work late. My son has given up his job return to university in September. We are both laid back, enjoy company and a laugh. Mostly we live quite a quiet life but equally enjoy a good night out.
Smokers welcome as long as you don't mind smoking outside.
