Hi my name is jamie buchanan. I am a straight male. I am looking for a couple of people to take my spare room. the room available is absolutely massive with its own balcony and very posh furniture including its own 50 inch HD TV with the full sky TV package also in HD(that includes sky sports cinema movies package). For a specific reason that I will explain, the rent alone(not the bills) for my spare room is completely free. The flat is right in the centre of Kilmarnock (ka13hf). Kilmarnock itself is a large town of around 80,000 population and by bus it is around 40 minutes south of Glasgow centre.

I have been through health issues and am still on a specific Government benefit that itself in a technicality of the local authority ruling allows me to take someone on as a 'Non-Dependant'. This meaning, therefore, that for finding someone for the position of my spare room, I dont necessarily need to contract them into what we call the mundane thing we have on our mind at the moment.

Despite this ruling, I am actually currently considering volunteer work and possibly full time, but the (Non-Dependant) feature is likely to remain for sometime up until I am back in full time PAID work of some sort.

The person I find can stay for as long as we are both happy; and though appreciating the opportunity to use the 'Non-Dependant' rule, my health never the less has actually largely recovered hence I am looking to be a lot more active with my time, such, inconjuction with looking also to do some sporting things to get back in shape.

Offering the RENT(on its own) of my accommodation free of charge, all I would ask is that you keep the kitchen in good order with singularly organising the dishwasher each day and emptying yourself of all the rubbish you have collected while staying here. Keeping the kitchen in order each day is the main thing. There may be other light cleaning duties around the flat but I expect your time doing these tasks(including the kitchen work) would take no more than ten minutes each day.

The spare room available is a large triple size room in my large flat.

- your room has a 6 foot aquarium that is empty at the moment but may be used in the future at some point(spectacular feature).

-Fibre optic broad band both wired and Wi-Fi connections throughout the whole flat.

-Kitchen is full of gadgets and has a good quality dish washer along with a £1100 washing-machine/dryer.

Myself as the live in land-lord, I am a 33-year-old male who has a Bachelor of Design in Interior Architecture. I enjoy going for walks; on-line gaming; church; studying scripture; and writing.

The rent alone as I have stated is FREE but the bills for the flat will be halved between us as follows: -

-Line rental

-Fibre optic high speed broadband internet

-FULL TV channels package in HD

-Telephone (land-line: free evening and weekend calls)

OTHER SERVICES the flat accounts for are:

-TV license(£8 for your half each month)

-Electric and Gas bill which will be
roughly £100 per month for your share.

So for SKY SERVICES PACKAGE and these two additional costs(TV license and Duel FUEL: electric and gas), takes the total price of the bills for the flat to an estimated £177 per month.
