The room is large (16 ft x 16 ft.)and well furnished. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. The room also contains generous cupboard and drawers and central heating. Shared kitchen, including use of washing machine, dishwasher and all utensils. The family are very friendly and treat flatmates like family members. The house is situated in a residential area and yet only two minutes from the main road and bus routes. There is a shower room with washbasin and toilet, adjacent to the room. This facility is shared with one other resident. There is also a 'fridge available for use by the tenant. A flat screen television with freeview is provided in the room.
