Lovely spacious quiet furnished room with direct access to private sunny garden area. Use of large bright dining/living room and shower room (family have additional living room and bathroom). Gas Central Heating with two thermostatically controlled radiators.

Family home with Mum and two teenage boys - 17 and 15 (who are more often out than in!) and our two cats, Millie and Alfie.
The room is in quiet extension, undisturbed by the family, other than when making use of the washing machine in the wee utility room next to it. There is a television, DVD player and wi-fi access, as well as use of sunny dining/living room.
Kettle, fridge, microwave can be provided in the room if preferred to sharing the family kitchen.

Central location in the town, 5 minutes walk from train station (direct line to Glasgow - 45 mins) Parking on street. 5 minute walk to beach. 5 mins drive to Hunterston, 20 mins to Irvine, 30 mins to Kilmarnock, Ayr or Greenock.

Looking for a a young, or young at heart (!), preferably female, lodger. Prefer single lodger but happy for occasional visitors.
Short term let could be negotiated at a rate to be agreed.
