Single bedroom/sep private sitting room

I have 2 rooms in my 4 bedroomed house suitable for either a professional or a student. One room is a single bedroom and the other is furnished as a private sitting room.
I am a single female supply teacher. Your privacy is assured should you need to work in your own sitting room. The house has wireless/broadband and off-road parking. Although there is no en suite, there are two bathrooms in the house, so it is perfectly possible for us to have one each.
I would supply your bed linen and towels which i would change and launder for you - unless you would prefer your own - and would clean your room - again, unless you would prefer to do that your self.
The house is situated in a quiet road in a lovely, friendly village about 6 miles north of Luton on the main A6 with good public transport to both Luton and Bedford. Barton has three pubs and two Indian and an Italian restaurant as well as shops, fish and chip shop and a Chinese takeaway.
Mon-Fri is acceptable and rent is negotiable . All bills included.
