Large garden, which gets the sun all day long. On good bus route to town centre or could be walked in 25 mins, Bedford train station is only 35 mins walk away, 5 mins walk from sports centre 20 mins walk to swimming pool and Tesco ,plus local shops nearby, 30 mins walk to Bedford University. Bedford Hospital is only 20 mins walk away. The bypass to Milton Keynes and to Luton is only a one minute drive away. There is on road parking.
My post code is MK42. The rent is £400 per calendar month and includes all bills.
Had my last lodger 1 year he has left as his work contract ended the lodger before I had for 7 months she is left to move in with her boyfriend and my lodger before that was with me for 18 months he only moved due to work relocation.
