Bright single room in family house.

If you are female and looking for a warm, clean room in a family house this might just be the one for you.
The house (lounge, kitchen and garden) is shared with me and my teenage son. The bathroom is shared, although we rarely use it as we tend to use the en suite most of the time.

You have your own parking space just outside the door. The house is in a quiet safe area to the south of Bedford (easy access to M1/A1/A6/A428 and walking distance to town and hospital).

There is wifi internet access, washing machine, microwave, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer but no dishwasher I'm afraid! I buy all the cleaning products, toilet rolls etc. and do the cleaning (with the exception of your room).

The room itself has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, computer desk and a large storage area with shelves. Unusually the room doesn't share a wall with any other bedrooms. Most of the time it's very quiet but it does overlook the local Bedford-Bletchley train line so there is occasional train noise. Does mean you are not overlooked though.
