We live in a lovely new house, set over three floors, overlooking the lake in the centre of Wixams. We have a young child (9 years old) and also 2 very friendly cats.

The lucky occupant will be renting out the entire top floor of our house, which has a large double bedroom, built in wardrobes, bathroom (with shower), and a lounge - complete with TV (and satellite), sofa, small fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and a small table with chairs. There is also free access to super fast broadband.

You will also have access to the main kitchen on the ground floor, and the garden.

We have plenty of parking to the side of the house.

Wixams is a new village, just south of Bedford, which is only a few minutes away. Just opposite our house is a Budgens, a fish a chip shop and also a Portuguese chicken restaurant!

With easy access to the A6, A421, A1 and the M1, and just around the corner to a bus stop that takes you to Bedford station, this is an ideal location for everyone.
