I am looking for a professional to move into my newly decorated flat in the popular Saints area of Bedford. The flat is located on a road full of grand Victorian houses and is walking distance to the centre of town.

The room will be available from the 21st of December. It is a large double bedroom at the front of the property for £480 / month. It is fully furnished with a double bed (with bedding), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The entrance to the flat is on the first floor which consists of a large living room with two sofas, HD TV (Freeview only) and a dining table.

Off this is the newly installed kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you would expect including a washing machine. Up the stairs is a spacious bathroom and the two bedrooms.

There is use of the garden for drying laundry etc. and Bedford Park is only a minutes walk which I often use as an extended garden.

Bills included are; Gas, Electric, Water, TV License, Council Tax, and WIFI broadband.

You will be sharing the property with my current flatmate. She is a friendly professional and it is important for me to find someone whom she will enjoy living with, and who would enjoy living with her. She would like to live with a professional or an older graduate student and someone who is clean and sporty rather than being up till 3am listening to loud music.
