We have many useful and comfortable features in our house share (including free laundry services and two lounges!) which you won't find elsewhere. I've listed the main points below.

Rental Details

• Rent is per month paid on the day you move in and each month after that on the same date
• Your rent is fixed for the duration of your stay and will never go up
• Rental price includes everything mentioned below
• All cleaning and laundry services mentioned are provided in-house by a professional cleaner

Serviced Room

• Have your room dusted, lightly tidied, vacuumed and bed linen changed - just put the Please Service My Room sign on your door handle on Monday or Friday mornings
• All large personal items of clothing including bed linen ironed and professionally folded - or hung on hangers ready for collection once a week
• All rooms are large doubles with double bed, bedside tables and 1 or 2 wardrobes

Serviced House

• Lounges, kitchen, bathrooms and hallways professionally cleaned, stocked and tidied twice a week
• Two large lounges! One opens onto the garden!
• 200Mb super fast wireless internet stretching the entire house and garden
• HD TV on a 50 inch surround sound home entertainment system in both lounges

• Throws and cushions for additional comfort

• Interesting job or hobbies are a massive plus
• Aged between 24-38 - we’re looking for a responsible adult to enjoy the house with us
• Likes summer barbecues and fireworks night
• Phd students and Unilever employees of any age are always welcome
