Double room in spacious flat

Hiya,

I'm Lizz. I'm a 34 year old professional currently living alone in my 2 bed, 1st floor flat on Avon Drive in Brickhill, Bedford. I'm looking for a flatmate, preferably an easy going female, non-smoker of a similar age.

The room is available now. It's is 8. 5ft x 9. 5ft, has pale grey walls and a new grey carpet. It can easily fit a double bed but at the moment I have a single in there that I can get rid of if you'd like to bring your own. Apart from that it's unfurnished. I have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

The rent is £400 per month, inclusive of bills. I have no preference regarding your length of stay.

The flat has wifi, a balcony and a washing machine. There is a Post Office, convenience store, florist and chippy opposite and it's very easy to get to the A428 from here and only a short distance to Bedford Park, Mowsbury Park and the town centre. The bus stop is a 1 min walk, if that. If you have a bicycle it can be kept securely in the lock-up downstairs.
