Furnished single room - Mon-Fri only Rent negot

Hi,
I have a Large single room to rent Monday - Friday.

it would fit a double bed, but it only has a single bed in it current, and a chest of draws, the mirror will be removed.
Im very quiet and keep myself to myself, I work Monday - Friday 9-5
but train morning and Night, so leave some mornings around 6. 15am and get home around 7pm at night. That said I do like a chat, and giggle and had been described and smiley and approachable.

I am looking for a clean and tidy person that’s easy going to rent my spare room. Ideally i want someone money to Friday only, but if the odd weekend is required this can be negotiated.
I am very house proud so would hope the person that rents the room would be happy to clear the kitchen up after themselves for example.

It’s a shared bathroom, but again its kept very clean and tidy.
There are spaces for parking just outside the apartment, and there is a Tescos express within walking distance.
