Lg double room for rent-newly furnished and painte

The room has recently been painted and the furniture is only a few months old. I bought a brand new matress also in january.

The room comprises of a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets a 4 chest of draw and a double wardrobe. There are blinds at the bay window in the room too.

the house is less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which runs every 12 minutes into bedford town and is a 15 minute walk to the X5 stop which goes to Oxford and Cambridge.

There are 3 major supermarkets all very close by and all within walking distance.

The house is situated very close to the A1 and the A428 bypass for commuters.

There is off road parking on my driveway for 1 car. I do not have sky tv, but there is freeview in the lounge for you to watch and there is broadband available also.

Due to the job I do I am rarely at home and it will be like you are living on your own. I work quite long days.

i am looking for someone who is fine with me being gay and who isclean and tidy. Due to my working patterns i am rarely home so in all honesty it will be like you are living on your own!

I am in the process of selling the house so the room is available on a short term bases only. I have found a new property that is much bigger and if you wanted to move with me this is an option.
