The rooms are well insulated for sound due to the Victorian construction of the property.

At the rear of the house along with a garden terrace which catches the sun (when we have it!). The property also has two parking spaces at the rear of the house available exclusively to our house guests

Each room is furnished with a double bed with orthopedic mattress (to ensure a good night sleep), a wardrobe/chest of draws & bedside table. Each room is individually styled which you can either keep or change to your own preferences. Check out out photos to get a feel of the house style.

We do not take deposits but we do charge a application fee of £238.80 which goes towards a rent guarantee insurance policy.

Tavistock Street has a variety of local shops, the beautiful Bedford Park and lake are a short walk away, and Bedford center with its range of bars & restaurants are a short distance away.

The town center is only 0.5ml or a 7 minute walk with the train station about 0.6ml from the house. Both destinations are served by the number 6 bus route.
