Fully furnished flat in Wixams, a lovely town with a local shop, village hall, fish and chips and grill restaurant only a short walk away.

I am a young female and am looking for a flatmate as my sister has recently moved out and would like someone clean and reliable who will respect my home as their own.

The bedroom has a large wardrobe and double bed and the bathroom has a bath with shower.

Easy access to the A6/A421 and there is very little to no traffic coming out of the town. There is a local bus service to the neighbouring villages. At the village hall they hold exercise classes and events every week which is also a few minutes walk away

The rent includes gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license and broadband. There is free parking on the road outside the house.
