We aim to offer a home from home in a tidy, quiet 4 bedroom house. The room currently offered is either of those shown. Freeview TV/DVD is included in all rooms. WiFi is accessible throughout the house. There is a large separate fitted bathroom which is only shared with occasional family or friends visiting. Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Cycle storage are all available if necessary by arrangement. Would suit a professional working away from home during the week and returning home for weekends (occassional weekends due to work demands may also be possible). The house is situated just outside Bedford on the A600/A421 opposite the Cardington hangers, village hall side. The village is within 2-3 miles of Bedford Town Centre on a regular bus route every 12 minutes or 15-20 mins by car from CMK along the A421, 10-15 mins drive from Ampthill/Millbrook, 15 from Sandy, St Neots, Biggleswade, 20 from Hitchin, 30 from Luton, Stevenage and off road parking is available. We are a couple with family now living in Australia.. We have a younger outlook than our ages imply and will not intrude but are friendly if you want company. We are very tidy and would expect guests to be the same. Price also includes an evening meal if wanted as we cook anyway. Bed linen is provided and changed weekly. Calls can only be taken AFTER 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Please email or Text only at any other time. We have recently added a conservatory at the rear that can be used and there is some gym equipment available for those that know how to use it at their own risk including Vibro-Gym, treadmill, weights bench and cycle turbo trainer. There is also space for studying/paperwork if needed.
