Lovely, clean, double room avalable in an easy going and friendly house for a female who works full time.

The room has a double bed, desk, two sets of draws, a built in wardrobe and flat screen TV. The rooms have Sky and wireless broadband.

The kitchen is well equipped and clean and has most things you will need, such as cutlery, pots, pans, oven wear, plates cups, glasses, iron, ironing board, microwave, washing machine and so forth.

I help with cleaning to the kitchen and bathroom. Cleaning materials and toilet rolls are included in the rent.

The house is on a pleasant one way street in Putnoe, just off Queens Drive. Buses run to town very frequently from the end of the road a 2 minutes away.
