Hi! I'm Lauren, I currently rent a 2 bed coach house in a new estate in biggleswade. It is absolutely gorgeous and open plan.
It has one bathroom which we would share, and you would get your own large double room.

All i ask is that you are tidy & clean, reliable and considerate :)

I'm sociable so I'm happy for you to have visitors etc as long as we get our own space too!

I work as a beauty therapist full time and see my family a lot so there would be times when you would get the house to yourself too!

The council tax is £70 each a month..
Water around £30 and then just your bills :)
