I am a single professional woman living in a quiet cul de sac in Biggleswade; a 5 minute walk into the town & train station. I have 2 long haired cats who are very friendly & no bother. I'm only looking to rent my spare room Monday-Friday.
I have a fully furnished Corey double bedroom available with shared access to the bathroom. Full use of kitchen with dishwasher & full ameanaties. Separate utility room with a washing machine also available. Broadband and off road parking available. Shared access to the lounge & house.
Prefer someone who is professional, respectful & friendly. No dramas & respects that this is my home which I hope you will enjoy & feel comfortable in as I'm quite easy going.
Only problem is..... In process of completing a single storey extension so room won't be available until the 1st July 2015. Viewings welcome & happy to commit if you can give a small deposit to hold the room.
