Established house share seeks new housemate for soon-to-be-vacated room. The house is fairly large, 4 bedrooms, with separate kitchen, living room and dining room, plus a fair sized patio and outbuilding with power (so no shortage of space, whatever your interests).
A bit about myself: I'm a young professional working in London, but who grew up close to Biggleswade. I'm fairly easy going and my interests include music (I'm currently in a jazz-funk band), gaming (casually) and going to the pub with friends; you're free to join me on any or all of these, but don't worry if it's not your thing. It's a non-smoking house but you are welcome to smoke in the garden / outbuilding.
The room is available fully furnished, including bed, chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe.
