The Pool !

This is a lovely and spacious house in a private close, located in a village with good facilities, pub, church, playing field, local shop and chippy/kebab/pizza place. What more could you want? Swimming pool in the house? We have one! Games room? Yes we have that too! Garden? 2 of them! You can get out and about for a nice walk and there's access to cycle path.

You'll live with a family consisting of 3 girls and their caring Father.

The room offered at the indicated price is shown in the photo "The Spare Room". It is currently setup as a spare room with sofa bed. There is ample space for wardrobes double/kingsize bed. It would suit somebody with their own furniture. However, I'm also happy to fit this bedroom out with the necessary bits and bobs. I'm also happy to consider decor requirements etc and removing the existing shelving. So there is plenty of flexibility in the arrangement and will come down to tailoring it all for the needs of whomever takes up the offer. Even the green carpet can go if it offends!
