You will have your own private en-suite shower room & toilet, double wardrobe and bedside cabinet, with fresh cotton bedding and towels provided. Your room will be professionally cleaned fortnightly. The room has a double bed, with a high quality Laura Ashley mattress, along with a flat screen TV with Freeview and streaming TV box for catch—up TV services. You will also have use of a large, fully equipped kitchen with your own storage space in the cupboards, fridge and freezer, access to the enclosed back garden and your own dedicated parking space on our large driveway. There are two reception rooms on the ground floor (lounge and garden room) for your shared use.

All utility bills and council tax are included, along with fast Broadband internet.

We are a friendly, professional couple in their early forties with no children, but one very cute, well behaved cat, looking to fill a room during the week in what is a large house for just two people! As we are non-smokers our lodger should be too.
