Double Room in Cranfield Village

Hi!

I have a double room available from late September in Cranfield and looking for someone sociable to come and share the place.

About the property: a room in a 2 bedrooms modern house in the village, a short walk from shops and bus stop or 5 minutes drive from Uni (parking space available). The room is at the first floor, with large wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, even bedding. We have three toilets in the house, plenty of storages and a small study room with desk and shelf. On the ground floor there is a comfy lounge, separated and well-equipped kitchen, large dining table and garden. Smoking is not permitted in the house (ok in the garden)

Renting: 400 pounds excluding bills (should be around 50 pounds at month on average and including internet). Deposit is one month rent.

About the Flat-sharing: I am looking for someone sociable and, importantly, tidy and easy going. I am a PhD at SoM towards his last year, moving back to Cranfield after 2 years spent in London. I am generally up for a drink, movie, bbq, tennis, natter and gigs too, when possible.

Ideally you will be 30ish. English native speaker, MBA, PhD or Professional are all plus.

I am planning to hold viewings around the beginning of August, as the place is currently occupied by other tenants.
