Furnished double room in newly built flat.
1x professional double bedroom available in a newly built flat, close to Dunstable town centre and Sainsbury's.
Flat is newly furnished and comes with 1x allocated parking place. The room contains a large double bed, large wardrobe with draws and full length mirror and dressing table/desk.
Although the room does not come with an en suite, the individual renting will have almost exclusive access to the main bathroom. My room has an en suite, so the bathroom is only really used by guests. The bathroom is new and has a shower above the bath, as well as toilet and basin.
The flat is furnished in a modern style. It comes with broadband, Sky (Entertainment +, movies, sports, HD and 3D), 47" 3D television, surround sound and larger corner sofa.
New kitchen where I might even cook on the odd occasion.
I am 27 looking for a professional housemate of a similar age. I work for the ambulance service, which means I do shift work. I'm always up for doing things and going off to the cinema.
