Double above parade of shops close to M1

Two-storey maisonette above parade of shops with small amount of outside space outside front door. Parking as per customers for shops - none tied to the property.

I'm the manager of a local business, but I have an on-going application to join emergency services so need a lodger with a clean history and legal lifestyle!

Shared living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.

All bills included.

Fairly peaceful household...don't go in for parties and the like, but the occasional friend over before a night out. Spare time spent writing.

I do have two sons (6 & 8), but I only have them EVERY OTHER WEEKEND they are only in the property Friday evening till midday Sunday except during holiday periods when I occasionally have them longer. During this period, they do get priority of viewing in living room. Things get a little rowdier, but they're good kids. Would be good to find someone who likes kids and doesn't mind sharing the living space during this time.

Good location, near the M1 and a big supermarket. Parade of shops also handy.

Room comes with king-size bed and two chest of drawers. One drawer bows slightly but still usable.

Alternatively, single room available with two wardrobes and single bed for £70 per week.
