Large double room with single bed. Fully furnished. Plenty of storage for your belongings: Large double wardrobe, a tallboy with 3 big draws & 2 small, another small draw unit with 4 draws. 3 draws in bedside table and 2 big ones under the bed, a bookcase and a folding airer.

Your own living/dining room with double sofa a small coffee table & the main table. Room comes with cable TV (Tivo Box full house TV bundle + netflix) & DVD player.

Both rooms are at the back of the house and look out over the garden and park

Wired Ethernet in both rooms & WiFi throughout the house, 200Mb broadband.

Shared downstairs bathroom and kitchen. Again plenty of room for your belongings in a cabinet in the bathroom and in the kitchen you have your own cupboard, approx half the fridge and a draw in the freezer.

Facilities in the kitchen include:
dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, Krups drinks machine, smoothie maker & bread maker also a breakfast bar with chairs. All the usual plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans. Iron & ironing board.

Parking nearby on side road or in garage

Bills included. Willing to discus extra TV packages but would want the full year (or what ever the min term of package) cost up front.

Good location, M1 and L&D hospital 1.1 miles, town center 1.6 miles. Leagrave Train station 1.9 miles, supermarkets and local shops nearby.

I have 3 pet cats.

NO Smoking or Vaping

I get up early, so no loud noise after 10 PM (I'm not saying be quite just keep things to a reasonable level)

You can have visitors, but No overnight guests.

Who I am and Whom I'm after:
I am am a professional Project engineer in a muti national electronics firm and a manager in St John Ambulance and as such have enhanced DBS clearance (used to be called CRB). I work from home at least once a week.

I have had some very bad experiances with male logers and won't have them again. So I am looking for a professional Femal loger (had 2 very successful femal logers now), who will respect me, my property and not be mean to my cats.

I've gone to a lot of trouble to make your rooms nice and comfortable with lots of facilities and to make sure you feel that you are in a safe environment, with the CCTV, lights, and if you are unsure of me at first there is a key lock on your room.
