Hi, This is Sarah here and we are looking for a new person to share with, as our third house mate is re-locating.

It is a lovely 4 bedroom house in a quiet street in Dunstable.
The monthly rent includes a good size single room which could be left furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements. In addition there is a smaller room which would be exclusively yours and ideal as a study/walk in wardrobe/music room/storage.... you get the idea. The rooms are at the back of the house overlooking a lovely well-maintained garden.

It also includes use of the shared areas in the house - so the lounge, study, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs and the garden. In the garden is also a garage which is good for storage.

There is parking out the front on the road or on the wide pavement just in front of the house. The driveway is used by a current tenant.

The house is located within easy access to the M1 junction 11 and the L&D Hospital. Near to shops and within walking distance of a bus route.
