Two 4 One!!

Hi I’m Sarah and I’m looking for a new house mate to share with me and one other as our third house mate is re-locating. It is a 4 bedroom house in a quiet street in Dunstable.

The monthly rent includes a single room which could be left furnished or unfurnished depending on your requirements. In addition there is a small box room which would be ideal as a study/walk in wardrobe/music room/storage.... you get the idea. The rooms are at the back of the house overlooking a good size garden. It also includes use of the shared areas in the house so the lounge, study, dining room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms – one upstairs and one downstairs and the garden. In the garden is also a garage which is good for storage.

There is parking out the front on the road or on the wide pavement just in front of the house. The driveway is used by a current tenant.

The house is located within easy access to the M1 junction 11 and the L&D Hospital. Near to shops and within walking distance of a bus route.
