Large double room in a 4 bedroom house situated on the popular Abbeyfields estate in Elstow with excellent road links to the A6, A421 and M1.

Room comprises of double bed with storage underneath, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and desk for PC/laptop. Shared use of bathroom, equipped with power shower, bath, basin and toilet.

There is a large kitchen and utility room with a washer/dryer, a large American fridge freezer, microwave and plenty of room for cooking and storage.

There is a large garden and patio area to relax in and a gas bbq if you're feeling adventurous! The accommodation is available with all bills inclusive, unlimited broadband and Sky TV in the lounge. The property also benefits from a garage, double drive and off road parking.

I'm looking for a lodger who's professional, who works locally and needs somewhere to stay during the week, returning home at weekends or days off, although this is not strictly essential. I am currently between contracts and usually work shifts, so a certain amount of quiet would be expected when I have to sleep during the day.
