I have two options of room available, (ideally looking for a mon-fri lodger only.)

Bedroom 1 (£250pcm): Newly decorated, comfortable double bed, clothes storage, bedside table / drawers, lamp. Bedroom 2 (£400 pcm): Large bedroom/sitting room. Double bed, armchair, coffee table, computer desk, shelves, lamp. With this room, you would have your own separate entrance to the house. Potential to arrange other room furniture if required. House is semi-detached with on street parking available. Plenty of space with shared use of two sitting rooms, large garden. kitchen, bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Internet will be made available if required.

Gamlingay is a friendly village with good facilities halfway between Cambridge and Bedford. The market town of Sandy is 5 miles away with direct trains to London Kings Cross (45 min). The house is a short walking distance from the main street of the village with plenty of local shops including a small supermarket, bakery, butcher, pubs, pharmacy, indian and chinese restaurant, post office etc.
