This house is a hidden gem with very spacious rooms, and opening out to a stunning garden at the back. Situated in the quiet residential area of Goldington / Putnoe with good local schools.

15 minute cycle to town and 20 minutes to railway station.
The whole house has 6 large double bedrooms, all freshly decorated.

Your room is on the top floor with a view of the garden. 

You have privacy from the other tenants and share a bathroom with just one other person. 

Kitchen diner, beautiful garden, garage and off street parking in the driveway.

We've always had lovely people living here who enjoy meeting people from different countries!

Current tenants are a professional couple with young baby, and a student working part-time. They're a very clean and peaceful group, who will enjoy a chat with you in the kitchen, but also get on with their lives separately the rest of the time.

We have previously lived with up to 12 people here, so with just 4 adults, there is lots of room to spare.

Bills included: Council tax, broadband, gas / electric, water, and also a fantastic cleaner for 4 hours every 2 weeks to do the kitchen and bathrooms.

Current tenants are carefully following lockdown rules, and will expect you to as well. I. e. no guests for the moment, sorry! They just want to make sure they are all protected.
