Cosy room in quiet village needs filling asap

I have a single room up for rent. The room is magnolia in colour and has built in wardrobes and shelves. There is also an 8 drawer chest in there for your use. I currently do not have a bed to provide but this is something we can work out together. The room is at the back of the house overlooking the local park.

The bathroom has a toilet, bath and overhead shower facility with shelf space, towel hooks and a skylight.

You will have full access to the kitchen which comprises of electric double oven and hob, microwave, washer/dryer and a table and chairs for meals.

Ideally looking for someone who works nights or who enjoys spending time out or in their room as I do like to do fitness DVDs in the lounge after work so would require the living room space. I also have a small dog so an animal lover is a must.

This room is currently available straight away until April 2015 when I shall be asking to extend my rental agreement again with the landlord. The £95 covers all bills apart from food which you pay for and provide yourself. I have lived in Harrold for 8 months so far and absolutely love it. My house is just off the high street which includes 2 pubs, 2 Indian restaurants, a Co-op and chippy. It is an ideal location for someone who works in Bedford, Milton Keynes or Northampton as it is only a 30 minute commute, or 45 minutes to Bletchley, Luton or Woburn.
