This is located just outside the main house in the "Summer Room". Posh word for Garage conversion !

Looking for friendly, respectful, CLEAN AND TIDY people to share my home. There is a local pub and convenience store close by. I'm easy going with a good sense of humour and enjoy the company of others. I have a jack Russell dog called Sid who visits the house occassionally and is no trouble, friendly and quiet . I do not want people who intend to constantly invite many friends over , this is not fair on others however obviously occassional visits are fine.
Equally if you can't leave a bathroom or a kitchen as you find it then please don't bother contacting me as things wouldn't work out.
We have a lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere here and welcome people of a similar kind please. Sociopaths, antagonistic, aggressive, depressive, disrespectful and Bi-Polar individuals need to click off this ad at this point please - as does anyone with a visting partner or friend with those qualities!
