Single bedroom in cosy house

Hi! My name is Ellie and I am a live in landlady looking to rent my second bedroom out to the right person.

My surprisingly spacious second bedroom is available to rent. It is a single bedroom although could fit a small double.
My house is a 2 bedroom terraced house in the lovely village of Langford. There is a local butchers, pubs nearby, shops, Chinese beauticians and hairdressers, as well as beautiful meadows and areas to walk. Langford is close to the A1 and just down the road from Biggleswade or Arlesey train station. It is less than half hour drive to Bedford, Stevenage, Hitchin so it is well placed.
The house itself has a good sized open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a newly fitted bathroom with lovely shower and bath on the ground floor.
The bedroom is a good sized single, furnished with a single bed, a small wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
I have a garden area, unfortunately there is no allocated parking but there is always plenty of space out the front. There is storage for a bike.
I am looking for someone to let weekdays if possible but there is negotiation on this and would be very open for discussion should you wish to view.
I would like someone who will share in the responsibility of household jobs and clean up after themselves (I am not OCD by any means though!!). Would be ideal to find someone of similar age and interests who would see this as a house share and not hide away all the time. I am a happy and social person and very easy to get on with.
