Double room for rent in a large new three storey town house on the south side of Leighton Buzzard, giving easy access to the A505 and just a short bus ride into town from just outside the front door... or a 20 minute walk. Easy access to London from LB in about half an hour on the mainline train connections and good access to other local towns such as Milton Keynes etc.

There is a large kitchen / diner which is shared, and a large lounge and again this is shared. The room is not en-suite but the main bathroom is for your exclusive use only and it's right next door.

The room has the usual "stuff" (i. e. bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk etc), flat screen tv, wireless net access and the like. The house has off road parking, and there is a garage / shed for cycle storage or whatever and a garden for BBQs.

We're looking for someone who would want to treat this house like their own home, so more of a house share than a room rent. We'd like someone who is easy going and would see them as a friend rather than a lodger who we could have a glass of wine or a beer with and chat to after a hard day at work. We would like someone who is clean and tidy, and not afraid of a vacuum cleaner, even though I've only just recently got over my own phobia!
