Renting out a lovely double bedroom with your own en suite and own parking spot!

Situated just a 5 minute walk from the town centre (a bus stop opposite the flat for commuters), and your own parking spot for drivers this is a perfect and quiet location for all.

The flat itself is about 10 years old and is still in great condition. The double bedroom will come partly furnished with a 42 inch TV with Virgin (and a great broadband connection) as well as side tables and best of all built in wardrobes with lots of space. You will need your own bed!!

The lounge is open plan with very comfy sofas with the kitchen which is fully equipped to the side, including microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc.

There is a 65 inch TV and a dining table which sits 4 for meals as well as a stylish coffee table.

Flatmates should be 30 plus (I'm too old for all night parties!), even though I'm partial to a glass of wine in the evening watching Netflix!

You can use the whole flat and come and go as you please. I work long hours mostly days from very early till about 6pm.

I have a little pug who's good as gold and very good with other dogs (she won't go in your room).

£650 includes everything inc. Broadband, Virgin, parking space, council tax etc.

£650 holding deposit required plus a month up front (so £1300) to start.
