The house is modern, and very clean and tidy.

There is driveway parking, and a secluded garden with patio.

You will have full access to all amenities, including sky tv and broadband.

All bills are included (with the exception of the telephone).

The house is very close to a bus stop, within walking distance to London main line station (30 mins to Euston)and 20 mins drive to Milton Keynes.

Leighton Buzzard town is a 10 minute walk away.

There are 2 females (1 professional and 1 student) currently living here.

MUST BE FEMALE AND A NON-SMOKER.
